Palak Pakodi Chaat

A tangy tasty snack prepared using Palak Pakoda / Spinach Fritters.


5 Palak Pakoda
2tbsp Boiled Potato diced or boiled Peas/Channa/whole Moong
A pinch of Kala Namak / Black Salt
A pinch of Chili Powder
1tsp Meethi / Sweet Chutney
1tbsp Plain Sev
3tbsp Curds / Yogurt
A pinch of Chaat Masala Powder
A pinch of Roasted Jeera / Cumin Powder
1tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
1tbsp Chopped Onion
1tbsp Chopped Tomato
Salt to taste


Step 1: Arrange Palak Pakoda in a plate. Arrange potato pieces over it or spread a spoon of Peas/Channa.

Step 2: Add Onion, Tomatoes layer over it. Sprinkle Kala Namak over it. Beat Yogurt with Salt and spread it over the onion and tomatoes.

Step 3: Sprinkle Chaat Masala, Chili powder, Jeera, Sev and garnish with Coriander leaves and serve immediately
