Bhindi Masala


* Lady finger 1kg
* Onion 5 to 6 pieces
* Tomato 3 pieces
* Girnd garam masla 1 spoon
* Coriander powder 1 spoon
* Red paper 1 spoon
* Green paper 3 pieces
* Salt as required

How to cook:

Put the oil in pan and fry the lady finger in that oil even its gets some light color. Now add some salt in it.
Now in other pan put some oil in it and fry the onion in it. Add all the spices and tomato in it and cook it well. Now add half cup water and green paper in it at the end add the fried lady finger in it and serve with salad.
