Caramalised Banana with Butterscotch Sauce

For Butterscotch Sauce:
250gms Sugar
250 ml Cream
125 gms Butter

For Praline:
125gms Sugar
50gms Cashew nuts

For the Banana Caramel:
50gms Sugar
2tbsp Butter
2 Bananas

For Serving:
2 – 3 Scoops Ice Cream
3 – 4 tbsp Butter scotch syrup
Mint Leaves

For Butterscotch Sauce:
Heat a pan add 250 gms Sugar and let it melt, now add 250 ml Cream and keep mixing continuously. Now add 125 gms Butter and keep aside.

For Praline:
Heat a pan and add 125gms Sugar and let it caramelize. Add chopped 50gms Cashew nuts and mix well. Grease a plate and pour the mixture over it. Let it cool and break it into pieces. The Praline is ready to use.

For the Banana Caramel:
Heat pan add 50gms Sugar, 2tbsp Butter. Let the Sugar melt now, add 2 whole Bananas and let it cool

For Serving:
Remove the caramelized Banana into a serving bowl and add 2 – 3 scoops of Ice Cream, pour 3 – 4 tbsp Butter scotch syrup and sprinkle Praline over it. Garnish with Mint and Cherry and serve.
