There will be some discomfort, but remember that it will only be temporary. If you think that these are detrimental to your health to some extent, then wait until your kids start playing with it. Now that you know the potential risks, you can get to whitening!

As you can see there are no horrible side effects with teeth whitening, so if you want to do it go ahead, with the blessing of your dentist of course.
